Art. 179. Common applicable regime

1. The provisions set forth in Part I, III, V and VI shall apply to the tender procedures set forth in this Part, to the extent compatible.

2. The provisions of Part II, title I shall also apply, to the extent compatible with the provisions of this Part, according to which the amount of the work is equal to or greater than the threshold set forth in Article 35, or lower, as well as the further provisions of Part II set forth in Article 164, paragraph 2.
