Art. 136. Applicability of exclusion reasons and selection criteria of the ordinary sectors to qualification systems

1. The objective rules and criteria for the exclusion and selection of economic operators requesting qualification in a qualification system and the objective rules and criteria for the exclusion and selection of candidates and tenderers in open, restricted or negotiated procedures, in competitive dialogues or in innovation partnerships may include the exclusion grounds listed in Article 80 on the and conditions set out therein. Where the contracting entity is a contracting authority, those criteria and rules shall include the exclusion grounds listed in Article 80 on the conditions set out in that Article.

2. The criteria and rules referred to in paragraph 1 may include the selection criteria set out in Article 83 on the conditions set out therein, notably as regards the limits to requirements concerning yearly turnovers, as provided for under the paragraph 5 of that Article.

3. For the purpose of paragraphs 1 and 2, Articles 85, 86 and 88 shall apply.
