Article 69. Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) and other international agreements.

1. If they are covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and by the general notes of Appendix 1 of the European Union to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) and other international agreements to which the Union is bound, the contracting authorities apply to works, supplies, services and economic operators from third countries signatories to such agreements treatment no less favorable than that granted pursuant to the code.
